With more than 15 years experience as a Town Planner in a local Council environment, Graeme brings knowledge and expertise to the assessment process of your property development.

Graeme commenced work at State Surveys in November 2017 after a sixteen-year career in Local Government.

Most recently, Graeme was a town planner with a boutique inner metropolitan Council where he assessed over 1500 development applications and provided advice to the development industry and first-time developers on countless occasions.

Graeme brings a strong legislative and project management focus to the State Surveys team.  He is an experienced negotiator with State and Local Government departments and has facilitated outcomes in the Environment, Resources & Development Court, Liquor Licensing Court and Council Assessment Panels.

He is a solutions focused consultant who prides himself on detailed research and analysis to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.  Graeme has an extensive network of industry professionals and can provide advice on what professional services may be required for your Application to assist in achieving your goals.
