Graeme Gibson

Graeme commenced work at State Surveys in November 2017 after a sixteen-year career in Local Government.

Most recently, Graeme was a town planner with a boutique inner metropolitan Council where he assessed over 1500 development applications and provided advice to the development industry and first-time developers on countless occasions.

Graeme brings a strong legislative and project management focus to the State Surveys team.  He is an experienced negotiator with State and Local Government departments and has facilitated outcomes in the Environment, Resources & Development Court, Liquor Licensing Court and Council Assessment Panels.

He is a solutions focused consultant who prides himself on detailed research and analysis to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.  Graeme has an extensive network of industry professionals and can provide advice on what professional services may be required for your Application to assist in achieving your goals.

Nick Edwards

Nick commenced his role as a Land Division Consultant at State Surveys in January 2016 following completion of his Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning with honours at the University of South Australia in Adelaide, Australia.

His knowledge of town planning extends globally with previous experience and study tours carried out in both Europe and Asia. He spent a full year in Germany in 2015 where he gained experience and knowledge working in various local Councils in the country.

Nick has a strong interest in transport planning, particularly cycling and rail transport and how creating higher density living around transport nodes has a positive effect on the health and wellbeing of the community. He is also interested in planning for public spaces and urban renewal. His ultimate career goal is to help change the way in which cities are planned; to increase value and amenity and to assist in moving them toward a sustainable future.

Nick prides himself on being approachable, reliant and always responding to queries as quickly as possible. He is an organised, attentive consultant who strives to achieve the best solutions and outcomes for all clients.

Mandy Culph
Administration

Mandy commenced work with State Surveys in 2014, having worked in a very similar capacity for the previous 10 years.  Whilst performing a front office role, Mandy also is proficient in the following areas:

  • Taking initial enquiries from prospective clients to determine the nature of their survey requirements
  • Lodging land division applications electronically with the Development Assessment Commission (DAC) and monitoring their progress
  • Liaising with clients, the DAC, Council Planners, SA Water, Conveyancers, Finance providers, Builders, Designers, Architects and Real Estate Agents to facilitate a positive outcome for our clients
  • Lodging final plans electronically with the Lands Titles Office and informing clients and their Conveyancers
  • Invoicing and processing EFT and cash payments

Mandy has a particular interest in helping our clients to understand the process of land division and will take time to ensure they receive the assistance and information they require.
